Overview

These Boston area conferences bring together leading scientists, entrepreneurs, industry executives, and investors to share the latest research, explore therapeutic discoveries, and shape the future of medicines and therapies.

Boston runs on biotech, and its conference calendar is evidence. The dozen events below span July through November 2026 and cover mRNA, bioprocessing, cell and gene therapy, RNA, obesity, and the finance and accounting that keep all of it moving.

Several cluster into one week. Biotech Week Boston stacks multiple co-located events into four days in late September, so a single trip can cover cell and gene therapy, RNA, and biomanufacturing back to back in the same building. Costs run from free to more than $5,000, and several events offer early-bird rates that expire over the summer.
