Information You Provide Us

Cure collects information that you provide directly to us, such as when you register for an account, sign up for our newsletter, or make inquiries via our “Contact Us” page. Such information may include your name, address, e-mail addresses, telephone number, username, and password. You do not have to provide us such information to visit our Site.
