Glick's career includes senior roles in communications, notably as Senior Vice President at Porter Novelli and Vice President at Noonan/Russo Communications, where her clients included global pharmaceutical, biotech, and diagnostic companies, as well as academic medical centers and government agencies. Additionally, Glick served as Director of Communications at The Rockefeller University, managing landmark announcements in biomedical research, and held pivotal communications roles at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and The Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions.
