Chef Mike Smith, a Culinary Institute of America alumnus with an illustrious career in prestigious NYC’s kitchens, helms the café’s dynamic culinary team. Since joining Cure in November 2021, Chef has woven the principles of Menus of Change—a philosophy advocating for healthful, sustainable, and flavorful eating—into every meal prepared at the café. Hearty Market Bowls invite diners to customize their feast with vegetables, grains, and sustainably sourced proteins. Every offering at NaCl Café is a celebration of good health and great taste.

NaCl Café also plays host to special events, including the engaging Tuesday Talks on Cure's Rooftop Terrace, providing delectable refreshments to complement the intellectual engagement for a memorable experience.
