Lauren Ruotolo is a successful author, motivational speaker, video producer and content marketing leader who has worked with several global brands, including Johnson & Johnson, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire Magazine, Neutrogena, and Seventeen Magazine. She was born with McCune-Albright Syndrome, a rare genetic condition that affects her skeletal and endocrine system, requiring her to use crutches to walk full-time at the age of five. However, instead of letting her condition hold her back, Lauren turned it into a source of empowerment, which has allowed her to achieve many of her goals and lead a fulfilling life. 

Over the years, Lauren has won numerous awards for her work in marketing and female empowerment. She has published a book called "Unstoppable in Stilettos" and encouraging multiple Fortune 500 companies to incorporate disability into their DE&I and talent plans.

Lauren looks to inspire others to overcome their challenges and embrace their uniqueness genuinely.
